Toasted bread with anchovy filletswith onion and dried tomatoes
Ingrediants
Serves 4:
- 1 loaf Tuscan bread
- 200 g Medusa marinated anchovy fillets with onions
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Method
Method: Cut 8 slices of bread and toast them in the oven. Rub them with the garlic, then cover them with a little chopped dried tomato, a few anchovy fillets with onions, a little fresh thyme, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of pepper. If you like, you can complete with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
