The adoption of paper as the main material for packaging follows a logic of environmental responsibility and recycling efficiency, thanks to its high recyclability rate. The choice to use FSC certified paper further highlights our commitment to a responsible and sustainable supply chain.

These new trays represent a significant improvement over previous solutions, with an 85% reduction in plastic use. The ATICELCA level B certification confirms the high recyclability of the product, making it easier for consumers to contribute to separate waste collection and to closing the life cycle of the material.
At the same time, we maintain a high standard of quality for our fish selections, ensuring that the replacement of packaging does not affect the freshness and taste of products, as well as their shelf life.
