Linguinemussels and lemon
Ingrediants
- 320 g of linguine pasta
- 200 g of Medusa grilled mussels
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Method
Put the mussels in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of oil and the minced .garlic clove. Let it fry for 2 minutes over low heat and then pour the lemon juice and the thinly sliced zest into the pan. Leave to flavour for 1 minute. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in plenty of salted water. Drain them al dente and toss with the mussel and lemon sauce. Serve immediately with a nice grind of pepper.
