Linguinemussels and lemon


  • 320 g of linguine pasta
  • 200 g of Medusa grilled mussels
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.


Put the mussels in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of oil and the minced .garlic clove. Let it fry for 2 minutes over low heat and then pour the lemon juice and the thinly sliced ​​zest into the pan. Leave to flavour for 1 minute. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in plenty of salted water. Drain them al dente and toss with the mussel and lemon sauce. Serve immediately with a nice grind of pepper.
