In Medusa, taste is the principle that guides the development of each new product. We have created an experimental kitchen (Medusa Lab) where every day our
gastronomes, researchers and technologists experiment with new combinations of flavours.

We are constantly looking for excellence in order to always offer the consumer the best: appetizers, condiments, first and second courses that give all the freshness and intensity of the sea!

Territory

The plant is located in Ariano nel Polesine, a small town not far from the fascinating park of the Po Delta and the Comacchio Valleys, territories to which Medusa is closely linked because this is where the first company reference is born: marinated eel, a product of history noble and with a very strong link with the Basso Polesine.

For over 160 years we have been bringing the best fish to the tables of consumers, with all the care and attention that tradition and a knowledge handed down from father to son, for 5 generations, which cannot ignore some processes still done by hand, are required, as it once was.
